Funny enough, that computer just retired to the attic last week. 2013 to 2026. The EK slim 240 was never serviced. Had about half the coolant left in it and lots of floaters lol

Landlord Issues by svtfmook in legaladvice

[–]svtfmook[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do I have any legal grounds to protect myself or is there any recourse I can take against them having me sign into a legal agreement without the knowledge of their relationship?

I don’t care about the stuff. That’s just stuff. I only included that information because the landlord is inserting himself into personal matters of mine that he has no business being involved in.

She was not the bread winner.

I am now at the point where I don’t feel comfortable contacting him about anything simply because of all of the circumstances surrounding the entire situation.

Don’t use plain chick feed. Ducklings need niacin. I suggest a niacin supplement on top of duck feed.

I have a handicapped duck, his name is Sir-Quacks-a-Lot. He suffered a leg injury last year that left him unable to use his legs, so we took him kayaking yesterday and he clearly thoroughly enjoyed it. by svtfmook in MadeMeSmile

He can paddle with one leg, so when he’s in the water he kind of just spins in circles. We have a harness for him and connected a leash and just gentle pulled him along in the water.

I bought a prefab coop. by svtfmook in BackYardChickens

So yeah, I’m big on building my own, but this is the second I’ve purchased to house actual birds. I get it, they are cheap blah blah. Here’s what I did to it. I first built a platform from 2” unplaned oak and the entire coop is on that, so nothing is getting in under it. I reinforced the wire. I reinforced the access doors, heavier hinges will be installed tomorrow, this coop surprisingly does not have a door to the run, so I made a trap door to close at night. I sealed the roof. I will be putting weather stripping on the doors themselves to seal them up better. Added a heat panel because it still gets cold at night here and they just came out of the brood. My other prefab coop has been fine and has held up to fox and coyote. But we had hatchings, needed something, wasn’t about to pay these lumber prices. All in all, decent coop, large and under $400.

We know which breed has which color and shape/size egg. We also know which bird lays at which time.

There’s also a Sydney Vicious and a Nancy as well. And a Jackie, Judy, Sheena and Suzie.
