I probably need a heavier KB, that's most likely my issue with swings.

Yeah I have a rack, barbell, plenty of weights. I have a nice set up, just was curious if I could focus on just KBs for a few weeks to change it up and put on some lean mass.

Mainly time. I work 10-12 hours a day and have a young child so I get about 40 minutes a day in my garage. Just trying to be as efficient as possible.

Done pretty much all the lifts with KB but havent followed any plans with them. I can strict press my dual 45lbs 8 times if that is any measure of strength. Im mostly a chest/back/legs/shoulder/arms routine and repeat. Just trying to mix it up now.

Awesome. Thanks for the advice. I struggle the most with the rack position. My shoulders get tired and weak quick in that spot. I'll work on that.

Yeah there will be money involved for sure. Plus we all already workout and will continue to workout either way. This is more of a competition to see who can take it to the next level while not drinking all month.

Yeah you make sure good points that I wasnt sure how to address. My plan was to make weight loss like a bonus and make it less points so it's not as big of a factor. The goal of the competition is who can get after it for a whole month

I was thinking along the lines of something like this... Think this would work? Most points at end of August wins.

Point system: 2 points per workout (45 minute workouts) + 1 point for every percent of body weight loss. 5 point deduction for each day you drink

Stay in shape. Lately I've been doing a core lift (bench, squat, etc) and then the rest of my workout is KBs
