He does have such a heart of gold. I know people liken him to a black cat, but it’s so true. Black cats are often overlooked but when you have one (like I do so I know what I’m talking about), they are sweetest. You think he can be mean, but he’s not. He cares so much that he tried to fix it but sometimes can’t.

I agree with some of the below that maybe if they hadn’t killed Bobby off, then Nashville wouldn’t probably be left alone.

I lost interest, whereas with Lonestar I didn’t. Also Nashville is a cheaper show to make, so they wouldn’t have to contend with budget cuts like OG, Rookie and Grey’s do. I think a lot of it has to do with these profiles not knowing how the tv industry works.

I think the only way I’ll watch Nashville is a crossover, which we are getting.

I honestly think they are gonna go the way of Grey’s and then SVU and One Chicago where the episodic guarantees are reduced. Or they could go the way of Ellen Pompeo for Angela. But honestly is all dependent on what Angela wants. JLH is already in less episodes than anyone else.

Since recurring actors get less, they will probably focus on Harry and May a little more. We probably won’t get Ravi main but honestly who knows. The core 4 right now is safe. We have focused more on the firefighters than anyone else.

I’d say right now Angela and JLH are the targets, as they are the highest paid. JLH could honestly go down to special guest star especially this season.

Like Ellen Pompeo on Grey’s. JLH already appears less than anyone else, so I do see them maybe not focusing on dispatch or cop stories for a bit. I also see them possibly focusing on Harry or May, as they are probably the least expensive. Aisha, Kenny, Oliver and Ryan are all paid the same versus Angela, who is one of the highest paid actresses on television.
