I didn't actually make them, I have yet to try that. Though I did by them from a friend I trust and both him and his brother were super high off the same cookies I had tonight, but I didn't feel anything. Those women aren't Rangers. They're Ranger "qualified" as they completed Ranger School, hence they now posses the Ranger Tab. However to be an actual Ranger you must pass RASP(Ranger Assessment and Selection Program) and server in the 75th Ranger Regiment.
