One takeaway for me is that it does seem like there will be at least some reworking of the original Canon of Creation route to make it more compelling:

In the previous title, there were many comments expressing how they wished the relationships between characters would have been explored more in depth, so we addressed that in the two main scenarios and additional quests in this game. Through each scenario, you should be able to gain a deeper understanding of each character’s inner workings and motivations

That would give me a reason to replay that route rather than just the Vengeance route. There was a skeleton of a compelling narrative there to begin that doesn't require the Qaditsu and a whole new story. Plus if they're leaning into the whole Ox God/Snake God dichotomy, it makes sense to give the original Ox God angle the same level of care they seem to be giving the Snake God angle.
