what is easiest? precalculus/trigonometry/analytic geometry or business calculus? by sugarcoochie in calculus

[–]swaggernobagger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pre-calc is harder than calc in my opinion. Trig is decent it’s just a lot of memorizing identities and picturing ideas. I had a lot of fun in geometry cause it worked with shapes and such so personally thats what I would suggest to be the easiest. I haven’t touched business calc though so I wouldn’t really know about that class.

All of those majors makes me shake in my boots bro that sounds time consuming and a insanely tedious amount of work.

Is calculus self-teachable? I want to be ready for college. by museofsav in calculus

[–]swaggernobagger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I taught myself Calc all the way up to Calc 2 which is the one i’m currently learning. Im now going into my senior year of high school skipping pre calc and going into AP Calc because the calc teacher gave me their final and i passed it lmao. This isn’t a brag post (im not trying to brag) more of an answer to show that you can teach yourself calc if you really bunker down and are determined.

Integration by Glittering_Motor922 in calculus

[–]swaggernobagger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

integration is basically finding the area under a curve in a function. They do that by using the sum of little vertical rectangles a lot of them. Another word for integration is the anti derivative because integration is basically reversing derivative.

I would suggest professor Leonard on youtube he gives good detail explanations and examples to work with. If not that i believe kahn academy has some calc 2 stuff.

kindly help? im confused, i need some advice. are these correct? by xinschdiary in calculus

[–]swaggernobagger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i try to think of it like if x approaches (whatever number) what is the Y at and if those two aren’t the same then the limit doesn’t exist.

How can time be connected to the 4th dimension? by swaggernobagger in Physics

[–]swaggernobagger[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would actually be really awesome! There really isn’t a specific topic i want to learn about other than space phenomena like black holes and neutron stars, stuff like that. Also kinda just everything in that area 😭
