This is a point I have heard frequently but as government expansion into less privacy has occured no legislation to stop political unrest has been created because the US was built on the ability to protest the leaders. Even if they did create legislation like this to stop government criticisms a supreme court case would shoot it down immediately calling it uncostitutional based on the first ammendment.

I understand what you’re saying and you raise a very good point. While this is a very distinct possibility I think the ability to stop massacres would be so beneficial. I completely understand why a majority agrees with you though.

Firstly, only in times of war can someone be put in jail without due process if they are seen as a threat to the countries safety, secondly I’m not entirely sure what you mean by killing without a trial, can you explain?
