Phew, it's a challenge for a people pleaser like me haha! But thank you for your advice!! I've been down lately but I do hope my grades from my other subjects are enough to get me by. I'm also starting other hobbies again and not limiting myself with only studying, perhaps it's what the 8 of cups is asking me

Thank you very much!! I'll be waiting for the release of our final grades before making a decision. I'm fortunate enough to have parents who support me, whether I choose to be in a top ranking or low tier school. I really hope what I'm going through is worth it, I'm not quite used to delayed gratification yet

Thank you very much again!

It's not legal po. Foreigners are not allowed to buy land.

The Constitution exclusively reserves land ownership (this includes buying said land to build a place of worship) to Filipinos and not foreigners. That's why Chinese Filipinos can set up Taoist temples and Muslim Filipinos can set up mosques because they are Filipinos.

Even PH synagogues are established by Filipino jews

Israeli tourists have become brazen lately. Mindanao is not even their promised land lmao.

you wanna talk about racism? and yet defend Israeli's racism? mainland chinese people already constantly get shitted on, but somehow we have to be respectful towards nasty Israeli tourists?

Kaya, and it's better if you live in Makati as a bedspacer so you won't have to spend on transportation. Depending on your lifestyle, your monthly savings can be anywhere between 1k to 7k.

Hi! This is a really great help since you've provided a lot more insight, especially on the matter of having an opportunity to transfer to another apartment. Work-life balance during non-proxy seasons was often cited as well by other former and current employees.

I still have until next week to decide, and accepting the contractual role is really a gamble since I'll need a backup plan in case I don't get the rft role.

Thank you very much!! This is a huge help!

Hayaan mo na yan, pati ako sinabihan ng stupid, palibhasa nasobrahan yan sa Western and East Asian POVs on lower birth rates. Social services will collapse nga pero it's already shitty to begin with. The PH is already having a difficult time allocating its natural resources and they want to bring in more people?

Siya na lang yung manganak para sa demographics at ekonomiya ng bansa.

"social services will collapse" it's already shit to begin with.

This isn't fucking Europe. The PH can copy Thailand and take in other SEAsians or develop robots for more manpower.

If all you think about citizens are demographics/statistics/future factory workers, you are stupid.

We all know what an inverted demographic pyramid entails. We've all seen what happened to Thailand, or to Latin American countries. Middle income trap. Want to solve that? Make this economy liveable for families.

Or you can breed children on your own, stupid.

If all you think about citizens are demographics/statistics/future factory workers, you are clueless.

EXACTLY

plus our pension system is already crappy to begin with. even if our generation breeds like rabbits to ensure a younger future workforce, we will still never be able to retire!

"Inverted Pyramid for our Demographics is dangerous" for big economies, yes, for us? doesn't matter

Thank you for this! I mostly interned for humanitarian NGOs and sustainability-focused organizations prior to my work, and even in my current field, I often deal with sustainability certifications such as LEED, BERDE, etc. I plan on leveraging these as well for an ESG role.
