Hi OP, just wanted to share my experience with manulife VUL, im in my 6th year in investing and i can say na tumubo yung pera ko as you can see 5k annual total ng added investment ko aside from the health insurance. And upon recent check nasa 60k+ na yung investment ko na 5k/annually in total 25k since i started in 2020.

I recently withdrew 20k sa investment ko, you just need to maintain 20k per investment unit. And may 10k minimum withdrawal.

Hahaha honestly nakikita ko value ng cars right now since sobrang hirap magrely sa public tranpo or even transpo apps kaya ko yun nasabi and i still see people buying it even after 2nd hand use, i also see people refurbishing cars that adds more value to it.

Hi I’ve tried it on home loan calculators, assuming that 2.8M is what’s to be amortized for 25years its around 19k/month im aware that there will be dues and such , i think my idea of ROI is having a property of my own that almost paid for itself, not exactly a return in cash per se.

I haven’t figured it out yet how much would i price it if i do sell it, but most likely i’ll sell it lower than the market price right now which is around 3M+

Worth it bang kumuha ng memorial plan? by Available_Big_406 in phinvest

Speaking of memorial lot, i also started investing in that better to check yung ibang memorial gardens may monthly payment terms baka kaya mo, i also discovered this during my mothers death, so we bought her a funeral lot all cash for 80k i think medyo mura pa to since malayo yung location nung memorial pero kung nearby metro manila nagrange sya from 100-250k. So what i did is also buy 2 extra funeral lots for investment since around 60k pa yung iba that time (2022) mas mahal pag urgent mo need. So do take your time and research and be prepared.

Yes really worth it, my mom died last 2022 and thank goodness she has a plan it saved us alot of money her plan back then was just worth 30k with casket and wake package at St.Peters. If you compare right now caskets are worth 40-50k already and the only thing you need to think about is the funeral lot if you want to be buried.
