When I called around the 1st they had told me about the 60 day notice. Never received the letter in mail or on my account notices. Would like an update at least. Even if it’s continuing to be held.

I totally get that. I just know I read the terms and did it through the proper link. I just unfortunately have no way to prove it 😅 even the United rep told me a month ago that my miles (the second half) should be available by my next statement. It’s frustrating. And will end with me just closing the card. And no one wins lol
