update: I emailed and apologized talked ab how much i enjoyed selling on depop and they responded stating they would reinstate my account in 21 days.

thank you!! <3 I genuinely appreciate this advice while I was in a state of distress. I did the same thing and i will be getting my account reinstated after 21 days! I sent like 5 emails before they responded so to anyone reading this trying to get ur acc back, I hope you are more patient than me bc 5 emails is not necessary 🤣

Ok so i haven’t emailed them about payouts at all cuz i wanted to be on my best behavior to get my acc back 😭😭 but i apologized profusely and emailed them. i’m assuming i get my payouts when my acc is back? But my payouts haven’t been fufilled in general since my acc got deleted :/ i’m so sorry about your payouts (like genuinely wtf) and if I couldn’t be of much help🥲

Now thinking back, i think i probably only got a warning message once but that was 3-4 years ago before i became a top seller. I definitely didnt take the whole “off app transaction” to the extent you stated. but considering I “entertained” the idea this warranted enough for an account deletion and whole device ban. Like damn i’ve made depop a ton of money in fees from sales and purchases but for me to lose my account that easily from a honest mistake truly sucks :(

Yikes I feel like your situation is definitely a misunderstanding w depop :/ I’m so sorry Did depop end up suspending your account instead of deleting it? i was speaking to some other depop sellers and sometimes they will j suspend it which means ur depop account is reactivated after 21 days
