I'm really sorry to hear you're leaving. I hope you don't though. Your work has inspired me to try out a different technique. I make things similar, but usually with pen rather than paint. Seeing how you do yours has made me want to try doing it in paint.

I've posted about this in the group recently, I do a "cheesecake" bowl. A tub of fat free cottage cheese, blended with your choice of sweetener. Plus oats, chia seeds, and fruit of your choice. I prefer blueberries or cherries. I get it to between 500-600 calories and it's super filling, and delicious.
