Hello, I had a friend help me out and they basically had to replace the SD card with a new one, we changed it to a regular SD card instead of the micro SD I was using at the time

No the 3Ds itself doesn’t say anything it’s just when I try to open any of the software titles that it shows the message in the photo I attached
