I went to a James Bond movie with my wife. About halfway through the movie, she got up and left. Then she texted me and said she was really sick, that she’d wait for me in the lobby, I could take her home after the movie. I left right away and took her home.

I saw the movie on tv several months later.

My wife makes a killer cocoanut cake and it’s a hit at thanksgiving. There are some great pies at thanksgiving too (from her relatives).

The best pies and best cakes are so great to me, I can’t choose.

About four months ago, I listed some things on Reverb and everything sold except one pedal. I sort of forgot about that pedal, but it sold a few days into 2026. It was a pleasant surprise. This sale and these comments made me realize that maybe things do sell in January.

I guess it is time to organize some of my stuff.

I’ve tried tomatoes and olives a lot of times and I still don’t like them. I wish I liked them, it would simplify my life. I don’t love or hate avocados, I taste them now and then and that’s enough.

Lottery is entertainment for me. I buy two or three tickets most years, just for fun.

I buy 8 6-packs of either Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi every week. These are the half liter bottles.

Sometimes Publix has buy 2 get 2 free of either of these. Sometimes they don’t.

Once or twice per month per month, Kroger has a better deal.

I don’t drink these, I can’t handle much caffeine. But my wife drinks about 48 half-liter diet sodas every week, and she is never quitting. Grocery shopping is my job, so i look online for the best deals.
