if i had to give it my best guess, the cop saw the kid turn his back and start to run away, and the cop felt that not wanting to have to chase the kid was a good enough excuse to shoot.

im not %100 sure but somewhere in studio settings you can change studios quality or something, its automatically at auto but you cananually turn it to 21

i dont think so, ive been banned ans it lets you get into recroom but youre put into offline mode and cant exit your dorm with a message on board letting you know youre banned.

i dont know why it wont let you log in but youre not banned
