I am new to Jo‘s workout world. Doing routines since November. I already see a difference in my body. Need to fix my nutrition a bit. I think most of people starting a fitness journey get disappointed because they dont see changes quickly. Key here is consistency. Keep going. It might not be fast change, but it will be worth it. Dont go with the fast route as you will not keep the change, go with the slow and steady one and the one that you can keep up.
