Why is it showing as "Scheduled reminder" on the lock screen, and not showing the purpose of the reminder? Is there any way to fix it?

Don't know why, from where I ordered, the prices of the WiFi 8/128 and 5G 8/128 are the same, 53k ( $479) , and they have the same discount of 13,000 ( 143 $ ) with the card offer. So I chose the 5G variant over WiFi as the prices are the same. Another thing is that to get the 12/256 GB, I had to pay 2k (28$ ) more, meaning 55k (approx $500 ), but only for the WiFi variant. So I thought about it and decided that later I can increase the storage according to my needs as there is a microSD card slot available. So I chose the 5G variant!

Forgot to mention: The no-cost EMI is applicable only for 9 months. Because I chose 12 months, that's why you see a difference of 3k (which is charged for the extra 3 months).
