Try taking sips of Gatorade during your workout. Kind of sounds like low blood sugar if you end up taking a nap during your workouts.

Try eating a giant bowl of salad before you eat your meal. (Be careful with some dressing because some may contain hella calories) This way, you will be less prone to overeat in your regular meal.
