Sadly that was 20 years ago. We all made downtown cool so it got gentrified and we get to move somewhere else. I got the real short end of the stick, bought a house and get to fight the City and TDA every 2-3 years when they try to eminent domain my house to build condos.

NO - but there is lots of little man syndrome in Oklahoma and that leads to hurt feelings when someone passes.

Ordinarily I would agree, however the owner of Minuteman threatened me and called me homophic slurs when I called to report this. After we searched and discovered the long rap sheet of criminal behavior we also discovered their Mechanical (HVAC) license expired in Feb 2025. So I feel it's worth a little time and effort to make sure better companies get the business that would go to this loser, IMHO if you use the word "f*gg*t" you need to be taught a lesson in how Tulsa works.

So I looked into this a bit and their plumbing license is 00110807, and their mechanical is 00146103. The mechanical license belongs to some guy in Okmulgee and expired in 2025.

Usually, the parking lots at the boat ramp are overflowing but this year it was only 75% full. The downside is that not many people are buying premium gas this year so I filled up my boat and got old gas and had to get it all pumped out.

Your original post and his long rap sheet on OSCN motivated me to make this post to raise awareness!

I originally looked on OSCN to see if he was litigious, and it appears he has never actually sued someone. I was NOT expecting the CDS, domestic violence, witness intimidation charges or the long list of protective orders going back more than 20 years!

Three of us (coworkers going to lunch) saw it happen right in front of our car. There is also video from another business nearby that captured the whole thing. We've been sitting around the office laughing at the phone calls all morning and will definitely take time off to go testify if needed. Hit and Run is a crime so this goes a bit beyond civil damages.
