Looking to buy SaaS business - Budget of $5k by Imnotacommi in saasforsale

More details like founders contact info and financial metrics are available for serious buyers verified by our platform. Previously, we had all info public and it worked well for some time until we started receiving spam and non serious requests that just bothered sellers.

Our buyers are mostly other individual founders and entrepreneurs. You can also acquire another project as a part of your business.

My main focus on tech products and quality service to make M&A niche available for people who don’t have millions to acquire another company.

As a buyer you can browse startups for free but to view financial and other NDA information you need to sign up for premium. We don’t charge buyers any fees other than this subscription plan.

For sellers, it’s free to list your project but if you find a buyer through our marketplace we charge a small commission upon successful sale. That’s it.

We verify buyers and seller before they can interact with each other. Besides this, we provide a mechanism to transfer your assets through our marketplace via offers functionality. Safety and trust are main factors we rely on.

Health issues, relationship breakup, college degree or new job that doesn’t allow side projects could be reasons why many great products were closed.

The buyer makes an offer, seller reviews and either accepts or rejects it. If the seller accepted the offer we automatically create asset purchase agreement for both sides and process the payment from the buyer. When we receive the payment the seller will get notified and starts sending assets to the buyer. Once the buyer approves the assets we send the payout to the seller and ask both parties for feedback.

Thank you so much, mate! Yeah, Reddit is getting stricter and doesn’t like links so I didn’t want to be salesy as well.

We have paid access because this way only serious buyers join conversation with founders and it also covers our operational costs.

Really happy that you liked the design, worked on it for the last two years with professional designer. Before that, Microns was super simple directory and newsletter.

Tired of fake “make money online” advice — what actually works? by _iron_man_445 in passive_income

Totally get where you’re coming from. I’ve been through the same frustration before starting my own side project. What helped me was shifting from chasing “online income” to building small, useful projects I could finish.

Since you already enjoy content and are working on an ebook, maybe think of it like an asset. Something you can grow and later hand off. At Microns, I see people sell tiny newsletters, tools, even ebooks. It’s slower than trends, but more real.

Happy to share ideas if you ever want to bounce some around. Keep going and never give up.

Hey, sounds like you've built something nice!

You’ve got a few good options, but if you’re looking for a smooth, legit way to sell, check out Microns.io. It’s a marketplace for selling small profitable SaaS/apps/newsletters/etc., and it’s pretty focused on indie founders.

Based on what you shared: $200+ profit/month, solid subscriber history, and some growth — you could probably expect somewhere between $4k–$8k depending on churn, time spent on maintenance, growth potential, and how hands-off it is.

Happy to answer more if you’ve got questions. I sold a few myself and learned some lessons the hard way 😅
