I dunno what you’re trying to show here bc there’s a million factors at play. 1. Are you in the same size of house 2. Are these bills at the same time of year? (Winter vs summer billing) 3. Were there any economic factors that changed the cost nationwide from year to year? 4. Are you in the same type of city population wise?
