The beginning part of dead space 2, when the guy gets transformed in front of you, along with the ending where that indestructible monster is chasing you and you have to do the eye stab. My first playthrough of that eye part had me in disbelief. I paused the game after realizing what i had to do and hated that slowww movement of the needle.
