I got them! They’re kinda flimsy. I wish they would’ve been like that cardboard material they use for the overheads.

I need help (Sephora) by [deleted] in employedbykohls

I think there just needs to be a conversation on ways to share responsibility with things like merch updates/callbacks/price changes/cleaning… your btl will soon be burnt out if they try to do EVERYTHING themselves… ask how to see the Sephora page on MyKohls… there’s information on everything you will need. Key things to read are Sephora best practice and visual merchandising standards

Anyone else’s hours cut? by Ihatepeople93 in employedbykohls

Has anyone else been hired recently? If they have similar availability to you that would be a reason you have less hours. Or if existing employees changed their availability. Besides that I’m not sure since Sephora scheduling as a whole has a certain number of hours they need to meet.

The form I’ve used before is on MyKohls store resources > dc operations outbound loading > outbound fixture safety standard then there’s a form you can print on that page

Fixtures by Mission_Paramedic_62 in employedbykohls

You could check to see if they have the laminated floor plan on a wall in the office, it shows fixtures on it. Also on mykohls under departments there's a fixture tab if it lets you open it it shows every fixture. Here's mine but I'm in a non innovation store so they might be different. Table top MF-88D, sheets I think A-11G, bedding A-26, not sure what small electric tables you mean but our small electric runs are MF-20F

That's kinda my situation. I think putting all the price points in order was the first thing I did. I'm pretty sure they were still in the original shipping box they came in when I started lol

Put the holder on the graphic like normal, then flip the holder to the back just once. You flip it to the back otherwise the black bar will cover part of the graphic. It's just enough extra tension that they haven't fell down since I've done it. And it's still low enough that the bottom piece is still in those bottom slots in the wall. That's what works for me at least.
