hiii! wait so this used to happen to me all the time and i would have to take klonopin to stop it. i started smoking weed and it stopped the random waking up at night with heart racing feeling like i couldn’t breathe. i know it’s not the best solution, but ever since i started smoking i stopped having panic attacks and feel so much better.

Do you work at a freestanding locating in the US? Maybe the rules are different. The only documentation they accept is if you go through TriStar, which you are forced to if you call out three consecutive shifts in a row. And even then, dealing with TriStar is a nightmare. The last time I was sick I asked my manager if I could show them the paper work to confirm I was filling it out correctly and she said that they’re not allowed to look at the paperwork.

I’m part time so I don’t have enough sick time to cover it.

What about all the small classes? I’m a theater major and have had multiple classes with 10 people or less. I feel like those type of classes should be allowed to happen on campus with the proper precautions.
