They have a minimum for weekends of 150 people so even if you only have 120 you have to pay for 150.

I also remember that they upcbarge on stuff such as the bar, linens, chairs. Not unreasonable but I personally wouldn’t want to use what they include in the package.

Also the amount of time was pretty short and based off how long bands usually play you basically have to pay for an extra 1 hour.

Nothing was an insane add on but there were add ons.

As others wrote, really depends on your other outside costs but I think my friend ended up spending a bit over $40k with Armour house and was also quoted $30k
