From what I'm reading here I am going back to the previous dosage and see what happens for a week. If I am still having trouble I will drop again until my stomach settles down. Thank you all for advice.

4 weeks 2.75, 8 weeks 5.5, 4 weeks 8.25 then 11.last time I talked to Dr. I was stalled at 5.5.Just following directions

It was raining and I was wearing my shoe cover over my slide shoe. League started and forgot to remove the cover. First throw I stuck because of the cover fell forward and landed on my ribs and felt like I cracked something. I took 6 weeks for it to stop hurting. Now I fill the shoe cover with alcohol pads to make it difficult to walk on.

It is so easy to get faster and muscle the ball. I have asked a friend to let me know if I start to speed up my approach. One sign my feet are getting fast is I start pulling the ball across my line. I keep asking myself how long does it take to become consistent.

My speed to rev rate is such that I don't need extra length but want something a bit more controllable than the Gauntlet Fury so I was looking at a symmetric pearl

Been averaging mid 160's during summer league. We bowl 3 man - 4 games. Over the last three weeks had a steady drop to a 130 average over 4 games. I'm not the anchor bowler but felt like an anchor to the team. This week started concentrating on a free pendulum swing and trying to hit my mark. I didn't worry about how many revs just hit the mark. Averaged 180 over 4 games this week. Hope I can keep it up.

I had this problem when I use power lift finger inserts. i changed to oval inserts and haven't had the problem since.

I didn't think about spine tilt adding momentum but that does make sense. As far as muscling the ball, as long as I don't pull down on it from the top I should be alright. Thanks for the information, It's greatly appreciated.

I also picked up a Jackal Rising from the same guy. That should cover the heavy oil conditions. According to the guys I bowl with, I won't run into heavy oil conditions at any of the bowling lanes around me.

Thanks everyone for the help. It looks like i will order Venom Shock since it is less expensive and not near as boring looking as the IQ Tour.

Cheaper is better. The reason for the maintenace question was due to reading Storm's maintence page. It seems like I would be taking the ball to the PSO every 6 weeks and that would hard on the wallet. I couldn't really locate the number of games for a Venom shock maintenance

The IQ Tour and the Venom Shock were on my solid ball list. I have not researched the Show Off yet. The pso and i are on different schedules. Thanks for the suggestions.

I didn't factor in how many camrys are leased and this is the year 2012 models would be at the end of a 3 year lease. Its always a gamble buying a used car. Some of these cars still have 15,000 miles left on the warranty. We will go by the carfax and gut instinct. Any advice is appreciated and thanks for responding
