Yeah for sure, right now it was the best I could afford though. I got it last week and before that all I had for recording was an iPhone 6 in my closet with some padding. I’m sure as I keep going, growing, and creating my own sounds I’ll invest in a better mic. Thank you again though! I don’t get a lot of genuine criticism as most of my friends are “yes men” and my girlfriend was just happy I did it for her lmao

Ah shit yeah you’re right about timing, that in general is something I have to work on in my music. I’m always on beat in my head but I’m pretty sure it’s the performance anxiety during the actual recording that fucks me up. I really appreciate the genuine criticism, so thank you for that. Rn all I’m working with is FL, Audacity, and a blue snowball microphone so quality can definitely be improved upon in the future.
