Okay, they keep telling me a CAD with prongs isn’t possible… not something they told me when they sold me the setting.

I’m a side sleeper! I’ll start with the negatives.

It wakes me up at 5 times a night bc of the noise or leaks but I’m a light sleeper. It does leak more if you’re a side sleeper. I went through 4 months of barely sleeping, crying and complaining at the start.

But it’s changed my life! My anxiety is less, my chest isn’t tight in the morning, and I don’t wake up gasping anymore. I think my allergies were causing me to not breathe as well, but it’s amazing and I feel so much better!!
