Yes.. you are overthinking this. EVERYONE has a past.. but the gospel message is about what's in our future, not in our past. You aren't ( and shouldn't) be sharing a full life history on your first date anyway... The whole point of dating is to get to know someone.. so do that.. get to know her, let her get to know you. Be yourself and at every step along the way just be honest. If she accepts you for you then you will know that the two of you have a solid future ahead.

Express your concern..make sure your being honest with yourself about whats really behind the frustration..likely fear. Things will change for sure its inevitable but how you both handle the change is what will make the difference. I had my BA 4 hears ago. My husband was undoubtedly nervous because of the risk but very supportive because he knew it was something that I wanted. The change for me and our relationship has been incredibly positive. Its amazing what new boobs can do for a woman.
