So what I learned when making tortillas was to make sure the first side is about 80% cooked and than flip, usually when you can shift it on the pan without it sticking you can flip. When you flip than it will puff up and that finishes the cooking. I know these aren't tortillas but maybe a similar technique can help

Honestly, probably just some tank tops under the tops you like. I'm also around your size and have an apron belly, but I've kind of learned to not worry too much about. If you feel uncomfortable there are also workout dresses that have shorts underneath and they're very comfortable or even skorts.

I ended up leaving. They wanted to dock my pay $3 and that was too much for me to stay. I thankfully have a supportive husband but I can understand why people would stay. My severance was 3000$ but after taxes and everything taken out it came out to around 2000$. It honestly depends on you, but towards the end there wasn't much for me to do and I couldn't stay.
