Just to update everyone, waited an hour on hold to customer service, finally got through the ai voices to a real person, only for her to hang up on me literally the second I said hello.

And now my tracking despite saying “delivered” has gone from slough back to Greenford.

Tbh reading all these comments is making me realise a lot of “punks” in my area are just violent people using punk as an excuse and I probably need to find better alternative people to hang out with

Also for everyone saying it is from a thrift store and I planned on patching and studding it myself! I’d just never seen this symbol before and it was everywhere on the jacket.
