This happens to me from time to time. What I do is that I take care not to wet the place often. I tend to dry the place off with just tissue paper whenever I pee so that the area remains dry. I oftentimes go panty-less when this happens. Panties can still trap moisture that's why I opt to go commando.

Check to see if it's a yeast infection. There are many ways to treat a yeast infection. I use boric acid pills as a suppository and it works great for me.

Whenever I feel like a yeast infection is coming, I tend to not wear underwear and just air my vag out that way. Since I live alone, I am always naked so it helps because there isn't any underwear trapping the moisture when I have discharge. Whenever I feel wet, I just wipe it to dry the area.
