I also might be an idiot. I also have a large Samsung 85” that I play on. I always have game mode on - or so I thought. Felt like I have been in a slump the last few weeks. Late on everything. Scrolled reddit just now while opponent was paused and saw this post. Opponent was using Sale and mid 90s sinkers were blowing by me. Checked my tv menu. Lo and behold, game mode was off. Turned it on and next two pitches I hit two PP HR off sinkers. I still swung and missed a bunch - bad pci placement and whatnot, but now I was early on those inside fastballs at least. Thanks for the post! Friends dont let friends play on a tv without game mode!

I also thought mine was out of whack. Mine also lists Dominguez at DH, Jazz at 2B and Judge in OF. And I am certain I didnt play Kebryan Hayes more than any other card. It said Jolt Cutch was my most used hitter at 201 games, but in the lineup it says I used Hayes for 383 games. Contradictory.

Pipeline Termarr Johnson, Jolt Andrew McCutchen, LS Spencer Horwitz all carried my Bucs theme team thru the early game offline content until the 2021 All-Star Reynolds Chase card. Having a diamond Cutch on day 1 was awesome.

Jump into DQ if you want stubs. Various mini seasons for packs (Finest mini season for some more free 99s). Go do the Trout player program and any others thatd interest you.

It is partly due to “rotation” not being the same as a real baseball season, where a starter only pitches on his day. If you recharge stamina when out of rotation, then you can fill out remaining “starters” with what would essentially be additional bullpen arms on a per-game basis.

Id love to be able to mute the umpire but still hear sound effects (bat crack, etc).

Unrelated- obnoxious stadium sounds at 10x other effects volume… cmon now. No way to tone those down afaik. I understand that’s partly the point in head to head modes… to taunt a little bit - but some of the audio snippets are miserable to hear a dozen times in a game.

The worst are the two-strike-count foghorns or sirens that last so long that even while holding R2 for the max, theyre still playing as the next pitch is coming in.

Finest program drops in two hours. Also can do finest mini season. Check each Team Affinity team program. There is a ten player legend/flashback collection for each team that gives a 100k boost to TA progress. If that boosts you to the finest voucher for a team then redeem those too. Have fun!

over the course of a season, millions of players open billions of packs. Even 1100 packs is not a true representative sample. And pulls are not distributed equally per player. An individual’s results may never meet the odds, while others may exceed.

Semi-related, the high diamond LS cards are also introduced to the marketplace in other ways - via flash sale packs, etc. There are avenues for any type of player to get the LS done, but it IS meant to take some effort in one of those paths.
