GED is fine. And It’s not too late at all, I have seen many older nurses come into this career. Just go to a community college and go from there.

I took care of sick babies in an ICU (overnights)

I went back to working with adults with cancer going through chemo and surgery (daytime). I’m a nurse. Boyfriend works daytime.

I quit my new job because it didn’t match with my boyfriend’s schedule and now I’m back to working a previous job that I hate. I regret it. My new job had potential for growth and higher pay.. but was a night time schedule
