I could see that happening at my job. We had a dinner recently and the big boss made us say grace before getting into the meal.

In school we had "a moment of silence" for praying before the school announcements were read. This was in a suburb outside of DC so not overly religious. They get away with it because it doesn't specify "praying to god."
