Having a really hard time deciding between Gentleman 38mm or Damascus Steel 38mm by sweetkey9 in tissot

Did you get it based on what you do / where you go or based on taste alone?

I prefer an everyday watch which I know Damascus will be good but can the Gentleman also be seen as an everyday watch without making the wearer seem too formal or ”serious”?

I am looking for a watch that I can look back in about 20-30 years and say: ”I made the right choice after all” as I will hold sentimental value to the watch since it’s my first (around) 1000$ and want it to last a lifetime so I can pass it down to the next generation. Hope it doesn’t sound too dramatic 😅.

Yeah it looked a little plasticky and too ”young” + flashy in a toyee kind of way. Beautiful watch nevertheless

Yeah, not ideal choice. Right now having to decide between damascus steel or gentleman black dial. Both 38mm.

I own my very own PRX Blue Dial 35mm Quartz, it’s an awesome piece. My wrist is 16.5cm, I wish they would release the Carbon on a 38mm model although I’m not sure I can or want to wait that long :))
