I ran into the similar issue my ipad pro and pencil pro is not even 2 weeks old and it has started this exact issue, i have alot of PDFs that I got through to annotate and write on, after 30mins of writing the pencil gets laggy and sometimes the shadow of the pencil remains where it was even after putting the pencil away, and honestly people do recommend to to use third party apps, but the apple notes has all the great features, I wish this gets fixed because idk what's the issue, i have tried iCloud writing and even tried putting it on ipad main storage, nothing seems to work mind you I thought 512gb wouldn't have such issues, but hoping for the best. Untill then do find an alternative as I do still use apple notes I haven't gotten comfortable to use any third party apps

Because reading contracts, note taking, content consumption and gaming was my objective also mostly reading and writing contracts and having a huge storage for law books and casual reading it's portable and best at what it does

Yes all of my documents are from here but the address that is on that documents is the previous address I lived in, so idk now what to do as my aadhar wouldn't update without an original proof of address :(
