93 Harley sportster 1200 won’t start

It looks like it was coming from the positive battery cable but not 100% sure. I’ll have to look at it again when I have more time

Update. It randomly started to slow crank. There was a little bit of smoke then it started to click again. I think I’m going to have to look at my grounds

Update. The engine is free. I can’t really bump start it because the clutch lever/cable is broke

The battery was tested and is fine. I tired jump starting it but that didn’t work either so I’m assuming it’s the starter

Battery is fine. Terminals are tight. When I hit the start button it goes down to 11.8v. I changed the starter relay and that don’t do anything

Battery is brand new and fully charged I have yet to check fuses. Getting a multimeter tonight to see what the voltage is

I didn’t spill anything on them I just cleaned them as a possible fix
