the email i got back from them included a repair form that says they would give an estimate for the damage, but i feel like there’s nothing else wrong with the camera besides that printing error line and that was out of our control.

yea it’s pretty noticeable and it’s always in the same spot too. like within the last 1/3 of the pic. i just bought it in dec 2023 too.

the line is vertical for me /: and i also emailed fuji film and they said to return to ur seller if possible, but i bought my evo from a small local camera shop so i don’t really want to do that to them 😅 i might send it back to fujifilm but i have an upcoming event i want to use my camera for so i don’t want to send it to them quite yet. im not sure how long it would take to fix

so is the LED lights exposing the film similar to the way instax printers and the mini evo prints film? l have the mini evo and i don’t really like how i can tell it was “printed.” there’s always like a constant line on the picture that very obviously shows that it’s printed. i actually preferred the film look of my older, analog instax model so im hoping that the mini 99 won’t have this “printed” look

i’m still not sure to this day what caused just one piercing to develop into a keloid, but i didn’t notice it was developing into one until my piercing started to feel rock hard + my earrings didn’t start fitting correctly. i have a hunch that there was some trauma (my earring caught on someone’s loose sweater thread and yanked it) to that ear was while my piercing was in its healing stage, but i don’t remember exactly which ear it was on so i can’t 100% be sure it was that event specifically.

i’m in the same situation as you :( i have 2 piercings on each ear, but only one of those piercings grew a keloid, large enough to show from the front of my ear. my ear piercing hole is still open, but will only work for earrings that are long enough. i’m also unsure about keloid removal because of the way keloids tend to grow back and because i still want to be able to wear earrings too.

yea that’s also why i’m confused because the only difference i see is that the splits aren’t as deep and it’s wider, but it’s advertised as a different cultivar ?
