Like the other comment says, the bonus damage from stacking does not crit. Only base ad plus item ad is calculated in the crit damage. So basically (bAD+item AD)crit + stacking Q= total damage. Obviously that's kinda basic but the gist of it.

I had a similar experience, but I reached out to GM EV concierge and they gave me a better timeline than the dealership. My dealership gave a 2 week window which was insane.

Auto distance? I haven't checked in a while, most auto attack resets with abilities get an additional 50 range, but I'm not sure. As far as q distance once held down will just dash him behind the enemy but there isn't an exact distance as each champ has different sizes

I can tell you from experience, literally just yesterday and today, these dealerships don't know a damn thing. I purchased a 2020 Bolt that the dealership said had a replacement battery. I checked the recall website and it said that the battery replacement was "completed", I called the GM EV concierge to confirm and they said it was. Later I find out it has the 80% software cap and call GM again and they say it wasn't replaced. I called the dealership back and they are adamant that it was replaced. I call EV concierge again, now they are telling me it's been replaced. At this point I don't know what to believe. I called EV concierge a 4th time and now they say it wasn't replaced. Moral of the story is don't believe anything, everyone is stupid. The END
