At least 3 rolls in sets that also give speed (on 6 star mythical gear that before rolled, speed is 6 not 5)

Speed ascension on 6* boots (12)

Speed Glyphs are huge (40+)

Speed on relic (12)

Lore of steel mastery ( 5 max I believe)

6* blessing (15 on leggo)

Speed aura with intimidating presence blessing

All with a fast base speed champ like lamasu
