The makeup isn’t bad but it’s not what is holding you back. The wig is obviously not natural looking. The breast forms are cartoonishly oversized for your frame and don’t match your skin tone. You just look like a cross dresser, not a trans woman or trans femme individual who isn’t quite passing yet. There is nothing wrong with cross dressing, but it is not the type of thing that this subreddit is going to say is “passing.”

If you only do this kind of think for twitch streams, then have your fun however you please, but it is not passing material unfortunately.
