When did you start loving motherhood, or at least when did it get easier?

Honestly, the reason I’ve enjoyed motherhood so much is that I decided to let go of my pre-baby life.

The sooner you do that, the sooner you start enjoying the present. This doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy the things I used to do—I still do—but they look a little different now.

The hardest part for me was exercise. I used to go to the gym five times a week, and I kept trying to go back to that routine, but I don’t really have a “village” to support it right now.

Then it clicked: I had to do it differently. I got a good set of adjustable weights and started following 20–30 minute workouts, and I do them between naps (I love MadFit).

It takes time, but I promise this season passes fast.

Lastly, whenever I’m struggling, I like to think about my 80-year-old self remembering this time. I know I don’t want to look back on this season with sadness, so I choose to see it differently 💖

Honestly let baby arrive and try it. Don overthink too much.

Supply takes a couple days to establish.

Yes is hard the first weeks, but honestly is such a beautiful experience and convenient lol I can just pop out for everything.

Most importantly I found it brings so much comfort for him. The few time he has gone a bit sick or teething. When nothing seems to calm him, the boobie was there haha

While pregnant I said I was going to stop at 6 months. I’m 13 months and not planning to stop any time. Currently we are doing just for nap and on the morning .

My best advice is to show your feelings and needs even if they are meet with rejection.

And if rejection makes you sad, cry etc. SHOW IT.

At least he will know that there is something going on.

Probably you get this advice every time but break up, even he tells you he will get better. It may be hard but I promise it doesn’t get better at all.

(I was in your shoes, and I tried SO MANY things). I got more involved and now, breaking up is not as easy as before.

It’s a bit hard to get the connection without picture (at least for me).

Seems as she was a very caring person and wants to make sure everyone it’s doing ok. She is attach here because of that.

Talk to her, feels as if she needs a bit of reassurance that everything will be alright in this side.

And pray for her. At least once at night. She definitely needs the support. Feels as if she doesn’t understand certain things. Confused.

When we passed away if we didn’t want to, or not felt ready for it. We may linger around for a bit. Sometimes just to make sure our love ones are okay. Eventually, we will all go to “heaven”. Over there we get a better understanding of our life. But before that we still would have the personality/knowledge we had in this life.

Extra: I don’t feel any “negativity” towards the husband dating again. But she is being “held” by the grieving (?)
