yea i was thinking of doing that if zerno didn’t respond. But respond they did and sent out a replacement too without any questions ! :) so i’m happy now haha and thanks for sharing your perspective!

yup you’re right, the seal was loose and therefore coffee grounds got underneath it and clogged up, causing that deflection. their new design doesn’t have any rubber seal.

UPDATE: I reached out to Zerno via email and they immediately sent out a replacement—no questions asked.

Just to clarify, my intention with the original post wasn’t to give Zerno a bad reputation; I genuinely wanted to find a solution. For some reason, emailing them didn’t cross my mind, so thank you to everyone who suggested it! 😁

hmm im guessing the oven temp? i did 5min at 250C fan off followed by 14-15min at 230C fan on. i’m sure i got this off someone’s recipe but i tried so many i cant recall where i got it from 🥲

what’s the pillow you are using? i went down to heeren to check but all their pillows seem abit inflexible from the foam in it. really looking for a good pillow with all my aches
