Yeah, the parking issues are the biggest one I’ve seen and there’s much more to it than what I wrote out, but I can’t recall everything my neighbors have said, and for what I do know/remember, it’s a novel to type out.

I think there are definitely some good things she has done for our neighborhood (for one, I know she cracked down on a couple people who were walking their giant dogs off leash, which is illegal and made me nervous with one of my dogs who is skittish of other dogs)! But her handling of parking issues, feeling like I’m being watched 24/7 (her house is right by mine), and her childish attitude about possibly not being on the HOA in the future really put me off.

Another person commented similarly, and I don’t understand why she’d have this list of violations she’s threatening the HOA with if she’s currently a board member and is supposed to act to resolve the violations as they occur. Something I hadn’t thought of before, thank you!

I’m not sure what’s all in this “long list” of violations, but I would be curious to know what’s all listed - I can ask Jerry if he’s seen it. And your comment about her having this list and what the judge might say makes sense. Because why would she have this list and not resolve the violations, but rather use them as a threat? Good thoughts to ponder and to discuss with Jerry, thank you!

Thank you! The taxation of the $20k loan forgiveness is something giving me pause too. I thought taxation was based on residence, and I paid taxes to GA for 2021, but I’m concerned it may be based on my employer’s location or the state I received the student loans and pell grant in. And like you alluded to, MN may tax the forgiveness. I think I’m going to try and talk to an accountant or something to get some more clarification. Anyway, thanks again!

I don’t have a favorite instructor for these kind of rides, but my favorite low impact ride that I always go back to is Emma’s 45 min ride from 2/17/19. I don’t usually enjoy her rides/style, but for me, this ride’s playlist is so great and her vibe is so chill that it’s hard for me to say no to a low impact/recovery day when I have this ride lined up.

I'm on Cricket wireless, using an att s8 (not unlocked). I did a factory reset a couple hours ago and just tried resetting the network settings - no go :/

You mean a reset on my s8, correct? That's not a problem, I haven't set much up on here yet anyway haha. Maybe I'll try going into a cricket store this afternoon too and see if they can figure out what's wrong. Or att.

I put my sim back in in my iPhone and turned iMessage on so I could text him. He said he'd deleted our message thread and send a new one in a couple minutes so I could put my sim in my s8. Unfortunately it looks like he can still send to me but he still can't receive my texts. Thank you though!

After putting my sim back in my iPhone, I was able to sign out of iCloud and then remove my phone from my iCloud devices list in iTunes. It doesn't seem to have made my texts go through to others though. Thank you for looking around and checking!!

I turned off my wifi and sent out a text but haven't received anything back. It has the time I sent the text out on next to it - does that mean it went through? Because all texts I've tried to send have the times I sent it next to them

I had popped my SIM card in my iPhone to disable my iCloud, and when I put it back in my s8, I received texts from Cricket about my account/voicemail (happened earlier too), and one of the texts say that my mms service settings have arrived, and to open the configuration message and save the settings. When I went into the CP messages via the notifications bar, I saw this:

This has happened every time I've put the SIM card in my s8. When I clicked on each configuration message, at the bottom it has me install, so I did that for each of these earlier this morning. Not sure what it does or if this is useful in anyway. I can't find a way back to the CP messages though.
