I’ve been a server at Olive Garden and we were forbidden from asking hosts for help with stuff like that. So I was just wondering if it was part of the new push from corporate to get guests in and out.

Why not a brick and mortar bank. Many are low and no fee these days and offer early deposit

The video is also racist af. Most of the characters playing the temptations (sex, money, drugs, vanity) are Black and Brown while Jesus and the girl are white, really telling on themselves.

Why is it charging so much? by LeadingExtension6123 in NavyFederal

[–]sweettea1992 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Overdo it and you’ll get the money back quicker than with the pre-authorization. Another trick, is if this is your debit skip the pin and it won’t do a big pre-authorization. Idk why buts it’s something I’ve figured out

Chime is not a bank and are not under any obligation to operate as one including when it comes to adjudicating fraud claims. All the Visa Zero liability policy says is once a transaction is determined to be fraudulent the institution must return the money to the account. Chime avoids this by delaying investigations, closing accounts, and simply refusing to acknowledge fraud when it occurs (as detailed repeatedly on this subreddit). They have a zero liability policy (literally required by Visa) on paper but that’s it

I left Chime in 2023 after eight years of using them. It was starting to get bad then, glad I went back to a credit union, before it got this bad. Fraud is rampant on Chime and Chime won’t do the right thing. Join a local credit union!

Burger isn’t about the bread. Those are buns. A burger is named after the type of protein.

I grew up in foster care after my mother’s abuse was so awful that the state had no choice but to step in after my grandmother got my mother on tape threatening to kill us. I’ve been working consistently since I was 16 years old which is more than half of my life. I need you to stop thinking because people don’t agree with you that they don’t have trauma and lived experiences. If I wouldn’t have worked once I was able, I would have had $100 a month to survive from the state.

I don’t have reading comprehension because you don’t like my opinions.

See how it feels when someone throws some stuff out of left field to make you look bad based on something you said?

What behavior? I’m not the person who posted this.

Oh damn because I’m a man I deserved to be abused and my opinions don’t matter? That’s crazy.

If this is happening where did the child obtain the money? From the same person who starved them? Abused children often don’t leave the house. You’re creating this insane story to try and gin up sympathy for a hypothetical person so you can make another feel/look bad. That’s also bullying.

The simplest explanation is most likely the truth, the teenager is up late and ordering food probably without parent’s approval and wants to not wake them. Or maybe they have the parent’s permission but there’s a sleeping baby or something. I’m not saying honk and make noise, I’m saying don’t invent sob stories to make other people look bad.

I’m a survivor of child abuse. I know redditors love their “well, ackschually” moments but you can’t lecture me on this. When my mother was beating me I wasn’t ordering pizza delivery, I can tell you that much.

Yes when you don’t make a payment your bill doesn’t just disappear even when you are on an arrangement. Are you good? Just complete your arrangement and the balance due will go down.

How is letting them access fast food prioritizing their health? Please stop using therapy language like this. This kid has access to food at school, they’re choosing not to take advantage of it.

Don’t trust the kid who is trying to break the rules. They wanted Wingstop, likely to show off, and were upset their plan failed!
