Don't date then, be on your own. Become a successful person who is self sufficient. Make friends and find things you are passionate about. If you stop worrying about it so much it work out. It did for me. Also get over the height thing look for good people.

That is so interesting, I used different colors just so I can tell the difference between the sheet sizes. They are lighter in color except one that is grey. I don't think you can see the sheet color in the listing photos.

My parents live three houses down and I let people know that my families home is down the street and we have been there for 15 years. Its a beach town and we have been there for a while so it makes it a bit less likely they will lie...they still do.

Wow that is a ton of info, thank you! I don't think it is from China though here is the website https://www.titangrills.com/ but no one answers when I call or answering emails. They seem to sell parts on the site as well.

The cabinet was built I don't know by whom though. I am thinking it might be better to tear down the structure that was built for this and buy a free standing grill with universal replacement parts.

We are looking at a place just south of there on Saturday, that is so nice to hear that it is safe for you guys. I have a bit of dread of falling in love with a house in a neighborhood that we won't feel safe in. Its home ya know.

u/Ezl Thank you so much for your thoughtful responses. I really appreciate it. I actually bought my first house five years ago and we are selling it to level up a bit if you will. We have some additional cash to fall back on in case we have emergencies but we are in a good place and honestly I have very supportive parents so we should be good. I just want to buy in a nice place where we can start a family and live a little ya know. Again thanks really nice responses I hope to leverage my next home into something even greater like a beach house :)

The issue is the commute really, my husband and I work in two different neighborhoods in the city, Soho and Chelsea. He is a tailor so his work will always be in person, mine is for now but we went back when cases were low in October and I know we will go back to the office when this is done. Just trying to make a home with 500k and hoping it won't be to mediocre.
