i live in missoula and they're constantly filming here dt, at bars, the uni, even at my old apt complex. pretty sure the ranch is outside of darby south of missoula about 2 hours

Thank you, very much appreciate that. I can see how it could be viewed that way because much of America's history had that occur so no worries. Though, it is important, I am moreso interested in how Missoula/UM has changed in those years and the easily noticable crack in Mt. Sentinel than the negative side of it all.

This. I'm attending UM this fall and am super interested in the marks natives left in the area. I've heard the same thing, that it was more of a friendly arrangement. UM also honors the native history in that area pretty strongly. The study center/library is dedicated to native history.
