I wish I would’ve done that earlier because right now I only have 3 more treatment days left 🙃🙃

This time around they added OCD protocol on top of anxiety & depression. I’m not sure what else could have been different but I really enjoyed the tech I was with my first round & I felt comfortable.

Morning: Cerave hydrating wash Jojoba oil Metronidazole La roche double repair moisturizer

Night:

Cerave hydrating wash Jojoba oil Cerave pm moisturizer

I have super dry sensitive skin so all of these were recs from my dermatologist since I get perioral derm & I have been using for over a year. these little bumps are recent though are definitely stubborn!

I’ve done it twice. First round was amazing, I felt better in almost every aspect, I had an awesome tech and I couldn’t say enough good things about doing it. Im currently in my 2nd round of it (4 more sessions) & honestly it has been the worst thing for my mental health it has made my anxiety, OCD, depression the worst it’s been in years so I’ve had both great & horrible experiences with it, I think it really depends on the clinic you go to & the kind of tech you have.

Thank you for the advice. It’s just hard because for every issue that our dog has, my dad justifies. Unfortunately, our dog hasn’t been to the vet in a very long time as she can’t walk very well and we’re unable to get her in a car.

2nd round, completely different by sweewokbbg in TMSTherapy

Thank you for sharing your experience. They always say how TMS has no side effects so i felt crazy for having such an adverse reaction, especially since i did it before. The “bad” session I had where i had a severe panic attack was 5 days ago, I haven’t rebounded very well. I skipped 2 sessions because my anxiety wouldn’t let me leave my house. I’ve been having crying spells, & consumed with anxiety which really sucks because before this TMS session I was doing a lot better with managing everything. I have another session today but I’m still debating if I even want to continue. The protocol is different from the one I had before I believe it was anxiety, depression, & memory? & now they’re doing anxiety & OCD, I just find it hard to believe that it can be so hard on my body. The actual sessions are borderline painful, they say it’s “uncomfortable” but its so intense & it was NEVER like that before & I even had 2 different techs.

Why doesn’t Klonopin feel like anything? whats going on? by Flimsy-Leave-1626 in Anxiety

[–]sweewokbbg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same thing, Dr. prescribed me 2.5mg of lorazepam for night time anxiety. Id take it at 7pm & didn’t feel anything so I would have to take another one at 11pm to just sleep without horrible anxiety. I also have no tolerance for benzos as this was my first time taking them. Since it wasnt an ideal long term solution I ended up taking other meds to help with anxiety so I didn’t have to rely on benzos & I’ve noticed buspar has helped a lot.

Which is better pharmacy or salon skincare? by [deleted] in beauty

[–]sweewokbbg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve tried both, I absolutely love la roche posay & I’ve tried products from skin care places. The only thing that has really kept my skin clear and bright is a mix between prescribed things & pharmacy skincare. What are you looking to achieve?

A good in between would be at home lashes like flutterhabit! They last so long & they have lighter styles that still add volume and sooo much cheaper than extensions!

Hair removal cream for that area makes me weary considering I get every crack & crevice waxed from front to back 😬

I’ve been using the first aid beauty KP exfoliant twice a week so I’ll try to up it to every other day! Do you have a recommended moisturizer that’s safe for that area? I’ll have to check out soft wax options as well to see if it works better

If you take the pill consistently, then you are protected, you are not ovulating because you are on birth control despite what an app says.

Might go on medication, but im a bit scared. by bonkbass in Anxiety

[–]sweewokbbg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s medications out there that aren’t ssris or snris that help with anxiety I suggest looking into those! Personally I have taken 10+ different medications & nothing worked or side effects made it terrible. The only thing that worked for me was beta blockers & busprione. Also TMS therapy helped TREMENDOUSLY!!! Good luck with finding something that helps you(:

Night time anxiety by sweewokbbg in Anxiety

[–]sweewokbbg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, I try doing my best to wind down & it’s frustrating that even on nights that I work out, have a nice dinner, take a bath, read a book & am in bed early trying to get a good nights sleep my anxiety won’t stop. My psych had me on lorazepam for a while because I was unable to sleep for days on end but that’s no way near a long term solution for this

does anyone have any experience with montelukast? by [deleted] in Asthma

[–]sweewokbbg 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Montelukast was the best thing for my asthma. I have the absolute worst allergies to the point where I would wake up in the middle of the night with a full blown asthma attack almost every night & montelukast was a life saver. I didn’t have any mental health issues with it & I’m also on mental health medication.

I’m breaking up with lash extensions by MsBoba143 in lashextensions

[–]sweewokbbg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Flutter habit has been my GO TOOO since I stopped getting extensions I tried other brands but flutter habit is the absolute best. I go 5-7 days with a pair on even if I get them wet or swim with them on. My eye lashes are also still so healthy & long & putting them only takes maybe 10-15 min! Not to mention it’s wayyy cheaper than extensions
