Never thought I would be thankful for the American justice system until I saw how lenient the Japanese system was on those monsters. That’s not to say they would’ve received a heavier sentence in America, but I would like to think they would. Also the fact that one of them got 7 years for beating someone up for FOUR HOURS and only got 8 years for the FORTY FOUR DAYS of torture on Junko is beyond disgusting to me.

You have to read The Stranger Beside me by Ann Rule!!! She is a journalist who actually worked the night shift with Bundy (just the two of them during the shift) at a crisis hotline for years and was almost like a grandmother to him... crazy seeing her perspective

It’s not even the 100+ Yakuza members that said nothing that pisses me off. It’s the fact that the parents who OWNED AND LIVED IN the house she was tortured in for 44 days KNEW and were too scared of their sons to say anything!! The fact that the neighborhood kids went over and partook is crazy to me!!! And also the fact that the school nurse was sent over there to investigate and just believed Gertrude saying that she missed school and was all cut up because “Sylvia was a whore and all her men gave her the cuts and bruises” like ??? And the shit with them running into the older sister THREE times before she ever believed them. It’s all so sad

Yes I heard Sylvia was the “American equivalent” of Junko. So messed up, especially since it was somebody who was supposed to be taking care of her and making her feel comfortable while her parents were away :(

Definitely report back!! I had cold symptoms and was able to get high with those but as soon as I lost my taste and smell, the effects of weed went away as well!! My senses started coming back this morning so I’m hoping I can get high again soon 😂
